By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the boss96 platform at boss96.win, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one exists. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an account with boss96, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. boss96 does not permit individuals under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any gaming or betting activity on the Platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion register applicable to your jurisdiction, nor have a current self-exclusion in effect on the boss96 Platform.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of boss96 or any of its associated gaming providers, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly and comprehensively prohibited under applicable law, in circumstances where such use would constitute a criminal offence by the user.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on boss96 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information requested. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your boss96 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. boss96 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify boss96 immediately.

Account Ownership: Your boss96 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, account balance, winnings, or any rights associated with your account to any third party.

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and platform integrity standards, boss96 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. You may be required to submit identity verification documentation at any of the following trigger points:

• Upon registration or shortly thereafter at boss96's discretion;
• Before processing a withdrawal request, particularly a first withdrawal;
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds;
• When account activity triggers a review flag under boss96's internal AML monitoring procedures;
• At any time, at boss96's absolute discretion, as part of a routine compliance review.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within three months). Additional documentation, such as proof of payment method ownership, may be requested in specific circumstances.

boss96 reserves the right to restrict deposit, withdrawal, and gaming activity on accounts pending KYC completion. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed required verification steps. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period specified by boss96 may result in account suspension.

Deposits: boss96 supports deposits via Malaysian payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options. All deposit amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 for e-wallet methods and RM 30 for direct bank transfer, subject to change. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within seconds to five minutes of confirmation by the payment processor.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods previously used to make a deposit ("return-to-source" policy), unless an alternative is approved by the boss96 compliance team following documentation review. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal processing times are estimated at 5–15 minutes for e-wallets and 30–120 minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions, subject to KYC completion and no pending compliance flags.

Currency and Fees: boss96 does not currently charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside boss96's control. All transactions are recorded in MYR.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting boss96 to resolve the matter is a breach of these Terms. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, boss96 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation, and pursue recovery through available legal channels.

boss96 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering (turnover) requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps attributable to bonus funds.

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered (turned over) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier and applicable game weightings will be stated in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: boss96 actively monitors account activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets, placing low-risk bets with the sole intent of fulfilling wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is identified, boss96 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, restrict future bonus eligibility, and suspend or close the account.

One Claim Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one claim per individual, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Circumventing this restriction constitutes bonus abuse.

All betting and gaming activity on boss96 is subject to these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to each product (sportsbook, live casino, slots) which are published within the respective product sections of the Platform and incorporated herein by reference.

Sportsbook: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. boss96 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where a palpable error in odds was made (including pricing errors, feed errors, or market suspensions not actioned in time). Settlement of sporting events follows standard industry rules applicable to the relevant sport; in cases of dispute, boss96's decision after review of available evidence is final.

Live Casino: All live casino games are provided by third-party licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined by the studio's certified systems and are not subject to modification by boss96. In the event of a technical disruption to a live casino game session, the studio's settlement protocol governs the outcome of affected rounds.

Slots & RNG Games: All slot and RNG-based games operate using certified random number generators. Published RTP figures are accurate as certified by the relevant game provider. boss96 does not modify RTP configurations from the provider's certified standard.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game or market. boss96 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts where patterns of play are identified that are inconsistent with recreational gaming, including but not limited to patterns consistent with professional betting or arbitrage activity.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the boss96 Platform. Violation of any prohibition constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using, attempting to use, or facilitating the use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider trading with respect to sporting events offered on the sportsbook;
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or pricing errors; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity in violation of applicable financial crime laws;
• Attempting to circumvent any security, responsible gaming, or fraud detection measure implemented by boss96;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or using another person's account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at boss96 staff or other members through any Platform channel.

boss96 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing members with the tools to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered members from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Limits: Time-based session reminders and maximum session duration limits.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly net loss thresholds, after which further gaming activity is restricted until the limit period resets.
• Cool-off Period: A temporary break from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to six weeks, during which login and gaming access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: A formal self-exclusion of a minimum six months, during which the account is locked, marketing communications are suppressed, and account reactivation requests within the exclusion period will be declined.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content.

The boss96 name, logo, and all associated marks are trademarks of boss96. You must not use any boss96 trademark without express prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boss96 shall not be liable to any member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits or winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failure, even if boss96 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

boss96's total aggregate liability to any member in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to boss96 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

boss96 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. boss96 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by boss96's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

boss96 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any incorporated policy;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Suspected account compromise requiring security investigation;
• At the member's own request (voluntary account closure);
• In connection with a regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach (i.e., voluntary closure or regulatory action not arising from member misconduct), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any pending withdrawal review. Balances attributable to bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, boss96 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal conduct is confirmed, to report the matter to relevant authorities and pursue recovery of losses through available legal means.

boss96 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, boss96 will endeavour to notify registered members via the email address on record or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boss96 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body, or if no agreement is reached, to a court of competent jurisdiction in boss96's licensing jurisdiction.

Complaints Process: If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the boss96 Platform, including game outcomes, payment delays, or Terms interpretation, you should contact boss96 support in writing via the official email address. boss96 will acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and aims to resolve all complaints within 28 days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through internal channels, you may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence boss96 operates.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
