Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach (i.e., voluntary closure or regulatory action not arising from member misconduct), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and any pending withdrawal review. Balances attributable to bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned.
